"GreenHouse did a fantastic job on our new deck and porch from beginning to end. Juan was instrumental in developing the overall design concept, as well as brainstorming ideas for how to implement some of the custom details that we wanted (including a drink table for our hot tub!). He offered various design schemes for the deck boards, railing and stairs, as well, presenting options for upgraded looks and function while never pushing for pricier items (he even steered us away from the highest end composite panels because he didn't believe that we would benefit enough from it). Ricky and the construction team were friendly, always on time and created an extremely sturdy and attractive deck that was just as cool - or better - than Juan described during the design. Overall, GreenHouse delivered on their promises, finishing in even less time than they estimated and at the agreed budget price with no change orders or markups along the way. I highly recommend them and would happily hire them again!"

But, they guided us through the whole process from permitting to inspections. Everyone who sees my finished basement raves about the design plan maximizing the light in the area and the efficient usage of the basement space. From The full bathroom to the additional storage space to the two new bedrooms with walk-in closets it is truly amazing. Many of their design plans I didn't even think to ask for but followed their recommendation and was delighted with the outcome. I would be happy to show pictures or provide a reference.
