Refined Finish Remodel

Brian and Michael not only designed and built out my basement from an empty cement space into a beautiful lower level of living space in my home. But, they guided us through the whole process from permitting to inspections. Everyone who sees my finished basement raves about the design plan maximizing the light in the area and the efficient usage of the basement space. From The full bathroom to the additional storage space to the two new bedrooms with walk-in closets it is truly amazing. Many of their design plans I didn't even think to ask for but followed their recommendation and was delighted with the outcome. I would be happy to show pictures or provide a reference. They were a pleasure to have in my home both very respectful, responsible, timely and kept us informed throughout the construction. I was very comfortable having them in the house while my family was living there.

Mike and Brian are thorough, prompt, trustworthy, detail-oriented, and take great pride in their work. I hired them to do a major interior remodel that involved fixing significant work done by a prior poor-quality contractor, and I was quite nervous about trusting anyone else to handle my house. Mike and Brian listened thoroughly to what I envisioned for the spaces, checked in with me regularly to confirm direction, always stayed within budget, and worked very fast. They are also both very lighthearted and kind. I am very happy with the outcome, and all my friends say it is the most beautiful home they have seen. Highly recommend!
