Best residential design pros near Boulder, CO

"Without Michelle Stream, Streamline Designs, I would not be living in my gorgeous condo. It needed a full gut which I knew I could bot do alone Her instincts, design talent and thoroughness made what could have been a very pain filled process, a fun, exciting adventure. She is The best combination of extremely talented and very detail oriented. Both are hard to find when wanting someone to help you with a home remodel I Highly recommend Michelle"

"Mr. Medeiros was very easy to talk to and exchange ideas. He communicated well - in person and online - and his written work was well laid out. His references were easy to get in touch with and answered all of our questions. We, in the end, went with another architect, for various small reasons. None of which were because we felt that Mr. Medeiros wouldn't provide all that we needed. It was a tough decision. If you are looking for an architect that will design your dream project thoroughly and professionally, you should take the time to meet with Mr. Medeiros."

"I recently worked with Don to renovate my home in Boulder and am very pleased with the outcome. He has vision and can see possibilities that add value and bring out the best elements of both the property and the home. Don worked carefully with me to design my home to complement my lifestyle and to reflect my aesthetic, creating open spaces, "hidden" storage, and modernizing the overall look and feel. He was especially helpful in integrating indoor and outdoor spaces: extending views, unleashing natural light, and enhancing outdoor spaces with subtle lighting. At my request he also offered suggestions for potential colors and ways to use new and existing furniture to enhance, and be in proportion with, the spaces we created. I am convinced that many of my home's favorite features and details exist because Don took the time to see, and to enable me to see, the possibilities. Prior to purchasing and renovating this house, I hired Don to "review" three other homes that I was seriously considering purchasing. He was able to see possibilities as well as to point out deal breakers. Working with Don in this capacity helped me to educate myself about renovations, articulate what I wanted, and kept me from making purchases that would not have been as optimal as the one I ultimately purchased and now call home. If you are looking for an architect that can really add value through design, talk with Don."

"Marc helped us take an unexpected home disaster and turn it into our current dream home. He was patient with a process that rapidly expanded from a kitchen remodel, due to water damage, to an almost complete tear down. He helped us with selecting Pine Contruction, with whom Marc has an amazing working relationship. This came into play many times as the challenges of in the field changes, city requirements and unexpected delays came up. As they always do! Marc s calm approach and willingness to help is not something you that can be effectively marketed or advertised. You have to live through it to get it. Beyond the top notch work as an architect Marc is just a great person who makes sure his clients can depend on him to be fair and look out for their interests. I highly recommend Marc and his business and we are grateful to be in a MaliaKai Designed home. It s truly beautiful."

"We had a wonderful experience working with Angelina on our kitchen remodel! She really took the time to understand what we wanted and offered thoughtful ideas that made our kitchen both beautiful and functional. She was easy to communicate with, attentive to our needs, and made the entire process feel so much easier. We especially appreciated how she listened to our preferences while guiding us toward decisions we felt confident about. We would absolutely recommend her!"

"Great guy and crew. He helped us design the bathrooms which we love. He added to the garage to make it a 3 car garage. Also added a covered patio. Our house is now a home. I have future project that we are going to start soon. Started working with him in 2020"

"We hired Atlas (Michael) to create architectural drawings based on our own Sketchup & Visio drawings for a home we plan to build. Michael took the initiative to conduct his own research into a new building product we had intended to build with and was also very patient with us through several iterations of changes to our initial drawings & vision. Michael produced specifically what was promised and educated us along the way."

"Qualden Construction completely remodeled two buildings on my property. They had excellent ideas for design and making the most use of the space. Their team provided quality work on time, even when the city had permitting delays. Will was a pleasure to work with and very knowledgeable. Qualden was a great company to work with."

"Sam has been great. He is very responsive, and thorough with all of our communication. He is also really thoughtful and professional when it comes to his approach to a project. I couldn't be happier with our decision to work with him. I would recommend Canosa Hills to anyone."

Additionally, Ian has generously given his time freely for volunteer and skill share work in the community. I would recommend him to anyone."
