From start to finish, he and his crew did a FANTASTIC job. Gerald even redesigned my roof drain pipe to go under the newly formed concrete walkway to avoid future concrete erosion. Since Gerald really want to get his crew working after the holidays, I received an outstanding price for this project. All of crew worked hard to quickly complete the project. Addtionally, Gerald even disposed of 2 broken/old office chairs & some other junk I wanted to hall to the junk yard. That saved me money that I might of had to pay to 1-800-GOT-JUNK. Once work was completed he requested an additional $600 “because we did such a good job” finally within 90 days of having our fence and gate installed the gate began to sag. I contacted Gabe to give him an opportunity to make it right but he did not respond in any capacity. Moral of the story: make sure the work is 1000% because once peppers leaves they won’t return to fix any errors."
