"The spring on our garage door broke this morning. I was at work, and my husband had to be at work at 2pm. our garage door wouldn’t shut. I called Primos at 10:02am, they squeezed us in, with a window of time between 11am and 1pm. I told them I needed them at the house as close to 11 as possible. I got a text at 10:40am saying Toby was on his way. Toby fixed the spring, and had the garage door back up and running by 11:20am. This is not the first time Primos has helped us in a time crunch. If you are looking for an honest, reliable company, look no further. "

"Sean, who is the owner of Third Gen garage doors is an awful person. The ?Wolf in sheep?s clothing?. He will talk a great story but does not deliver on his promises. Two of the garage doors had manufacturers defects that CHI was covering to have replaced. The problem is that it took over 3 years to get anything done on warrant. Then Sean wanted us to pay him $1600.00 to for the labor on warranty work! I called the main office of CHI and they said that ?he was just trying to rip you off, CHI covers all labor for warranty work?. I mentioned that to Sean and he proceeded to call me multiple vulgar names and that he wasn?t going to do anything to help us. What makes this extra bad is that Sean has been using photos of my house as the primary pictures on his website! I strongly recommend to stay far away from Third gen!"

"HOME OWNERs and Property managers BEWARE. I requested this garage door company to come out because of a coupon I got in the mail for a tune up. It was deceptive and had many "conditions" which were unclear and misleading. They wanted to charge 3x's the amount per extra garage door. AND then they said my springs were bad and needed to be replaced and quoted me up to $1500 to "replace 2 garage door springs". I had a different company come out for a second opinion. They checked out my garage doors, said the springs do NOT need replacing, and did a minor tightening, which they did for free... Don's Garage Doors company had attempted to upsell me on unnecessary parts, misrepresented the coupons they had sent out, and truly upset me to the point of needing to publicly post about my experience."

"Nathan was quick with communication and absolutely under promised over delivered (which is hard to come by these days). He showed up an hour earlier than he had said (and verified that was ok which it absolutely was). He completed the job faster than he said it would take, and he charged me exactly what he quoted me via our conversation. I actually had another company show up prior to his response to me that was about as sketchy as I could imagine (showed up in an unmarked white pickup with no company name and a guy that didn't even look at what I needed before quoting a ridiculous amount). They quoted me 30% higher price to simply get my garage door down and then said they would have to replace the whole door (which would be in the thousands). Nathan fixed it on the spot for less than their quote to simply close the door. I don't know why everyone can't simply be honest instead of trying to gouge you in a pinch. If I have issues with a garage door again, I know who I am calling."
