"Good morning Wade. This is simply not true at all and I'll explain it for everyone. We have completed 6 warranty trips and replaced the door once already. We didn't charge for any trips made. CHI was not going to pay us for the labor, that is a false statement. No where were we trying to rip anyone off. We were trying to pay employees as you must understand. You have expected everything for free years after the warranty is up. Contractors, please stear clear of these clients. Thank you."
