"I can't say enough good things about BAMM Tile. I hired Ben to install a new tile floor in my front entryway. I asked him to help me decide whether to demolish the old tile floor or just install the new tile over it. He gave me a good list of pros and cons based on his experience, which enabled me to make an informed decision. (The other two contractors I talked to about this were unsure and non-committal, which was not helpful). Ben also educated me about Schluters, which he recommended for the steps. Ben's estimate was pretty close to my other Angi-recommended installer and 25% less than the tile vendor's choice, which made it an easy decision to go with him. Ben was able to start the very next week, and got the whole job done beautifully and professionally in just 4 days. I am 100% satisfied with the result. "After seeing many TV Commercials on TV for West Shore Home, I decided to give them a shot at dismantling & replacing my 36 year old heavy tile bathroom shower stall. Design Consultant Mark Gerlach arrived for the first appointment. He went through many options and at no time did we feel pressured to sign anything. Next, Installation Manager Neil Wenz arrived a few days later to double check the measurements. Then we waited for the proper materials to be procured. A couple weeks went by and we got a call to actually schedule the work. On the appointed day, Installers Jacob & Brandon arrived, surveyed the shower stall, and went to work putting drop cloths & stair protection down over the carpeting & wood flooring. The 36 year old tile did not want to give up but these guys prevailed. Unfortunately the job turned out to be 2 days which didnâ t matter to me. At the end of the first day, all the tools were gathered up and placed in an â out of the wayâ area, drop cloths & stair protection mats folded up and taken to the truck. These two young men were meticulous in their work ethic. I cannot say enough about how Personable, Polite and above all, VERY Professional Jacob & Brandon were. They are an absolute credit to the West Shore Home organization. Please recognize Jacob & Brandon for a job â WELL DONE!â They were great. Lastly, my Shower Stall project turned out much better than I had expected and I had a GREAT experience dealing with West Shore Home. Jerry Leppart"
