"Hi [Member Name Removed]. I'm surprised by your comments regarding the tub that we installed for you two years ago. If you remember, you actually decided to do the extra work yourself to save money. We could have done that work as well. I should note that we are always, and I do mean always, the least expensive walk-in tub company, and by quite a margin. If you were to do some shopping, you can easily confirm this. I'm sorry that you feel this way two years later."
