In hindsight, I believe we were charged anywhere from five to $8000 more than what we should’ve paid. We had a walk-in bathtub installed and while I like the bathtub, the overall cost was excessive. We prepped the bathroom and removed the old bathtub so they did not have to contend with any remodeling or removal of old construction. The plumbing itself did not have to be moved so the only thing they had to do was deliver and install the tub. I would recommend for anybody using this company to not succumb like I did to the pressure buy. If they’re going to install it, they should be able to give you a quote that they standby as you compare prices with other installation companies. After the installation was completed, we did all the backsplash tiling ourselves as well as decorative tiling around the base of the tub.

We could have done that work as well. I should note that we are always, and I do mean always, the least expensive walk-in tub company, and by quite a margin. If you were to do some shopping, you can easily confirm this. I'm sorry that you feel this way two years later."

Terrible experience from start to finish! Paperwork was completed 9/28, they started work 10/23 and completed the work on 12/04. The details in the contract were not followed and the finished product was not what was expected. They did not communicate with me throughout the job, the details the workers were provide with did not match the contract, and they left trash to blow around for weeks (the below pictures are after I stacked it neater and threw away garbage). They built my shower wall taller than agreed upon and too close to the window so the tile is not flush to the wall. They brought in a bigger bathtub so had to cut more of my floor tile. The water pressure for the tub isn't the same as before and had a leak overnight. The tiles were not completed correctly the first time and had to be taken down. They did not want to tile the full wall. The floor drain was not the one we agreed upon. They did not install the shower door correctly and cracked the tile when they were completing it. The door doesn't open correctly. They did not even install matching faucets. Everything is silver except the shower head which is a brushed steel. Do not use this company.
