"Mark is a wonderful guy. I have someone installed a water cartridge to the bath tub to stop the water dripping but he did not adjust the temperature so I end up just with warm water not hot water. He refused to come back and adjust it. I found Mark, he came the same and adjust it. Now I have hot water. On top of that, he went an extra mile, tightened the bath tub sprout and adjust my water pressure regulator. What a wonderful experience."

"Our hot water heater went out recently. It was 12 years old, so we knew we needed a new one. It took quite a bit of research to find a reputable company that didn’t have exorbitant prices. Other businesses told us things like: we needed all new pipes. (We didn’t.) A new hot water heater would be $3,000 to $5,000 plus labor on the of that. ( way overpriced), etc. Finally, we found an excellent smaller local company. We went with Pure Water Services in Loveland. They’re honest, reasonably priced, and absolute pros. They were able to get us scheduled for a new hot water heater within days . Their master plumber Patrick was courteous, extremely knowledgeable, and very thorough. Patrick is an impressive and experienced plumber. Alexander keeps in touch daily with every step of your project repair. I was impressed with how kind, and professional he is to customers. We are so thankful to have hot water again. They stand by their work. My husband and I highly recommend them!"

"I called around noon and they said they would be there but there was one other job ahead of me. Well, they arrived quickly just the same. AJ did the work. He was very courteous, clean and professional. I had taken apart the drain under my laundry sink because the clog had caused water to back up into the sink and I wanted to drain the standing water. Without asking, AJ put that all back together for me.
All that, and I got a discount too for mentioning that I found them via Angie's list.
I've used the big name companies before and their service can't hold a candle to what Afford-A-Rooter did for me. I'll definitely use them again.

"Responded immediately. Was able to show up the next day. The person that was here was older and had a lot of experience. He analyzed what was happening, ruled out the water heater, and will be back in a few days to replace some valves under 2 bathroom sinks. Dodged the water heater bullet!"
