Great!! Would highly recommend and use again. Came out on a Sunday, replaced old water heater that left a wet mess in my basement. Replaced all fittings, added a drain pan that wasn’t under the old one and cleaned up as much water as he could. Made sure to explain new system before leaving.

We needed to fix two faucets in our home. They were the original one that were built when the home were built that is 20 years old. Krasi responded on time and fixed a date to come. He came on time and diagnosed a broken cartridge for both faucets. He send me the part numbers and had me order the replacements. When he was back he diligently replaced the cartridges and caulked around all parts as needed. He came in time always, his price was very reasonable and he is an expert in his trade. Definitely recommend.

It went really well. Krasi explained everything on his free estimate trip. He gave very reasonable quote and flexible with his schedule. Once all the parts arrived for installation (Moen Flo - whole house automatic water shut off device), he installed it, tested it with me. I’m very satisfied with his work.

My experience with On Point Plumbing was fantastic and Krasi will be my only plumber moving forward. My hot water heater started spraying water all over my basement one weekend so I called the first emergency plumbing company I could find. They told me my hot water heater died because of an insufficient airflow issue that would require installing a 3” pipe through the ceiling and out through my siding. The price for that and the hot water heater replacement was $10,000! Thankfully I told them NO and starting looking for a well reviewed company to help me. I found On Point Plumbing from numerous positive reviews. Krasi came out the same day, showed me online the exact hot water heater I needed so I could see the price he would pay for it. I asked him about the airflow issue the other company insisted was critical and he said it wasn’t a problem and my current setup was compliant with code. Krasi installed my new hot water heater the next day, even adjusting his schedule to accommodate mine when I had a last minute meeting. I had the new hot water heater inspected the following day and the inspector said it all looked great. Thanks to Krasi and his honesty, I paid 25% of what the first company quoted me. Krasi answered all my questions, took time to explain everything to me (I didn’t know anything about hot water heaters) and was extremely easy to work with. On Point Plumbing is the only plumbing company I will use moving forward.
