"Although I am unable to select the option of garage door repair (which this company also does) I will be leaving a review here since there does not seem to be another place to leave a review online for their garage door company. The service itself is not performed by this company and contracted out instead and according to the staff I spoke to they have no control over what time the contractors show up to the appointment. So take this into consideration when using this company for repairs, it is not their employees performing the job and who knows what time they will show up for you. For me, it was hours late. "

Also inspected for safe operation!!! This company is very good!!! They completely installed a new wood burning stove and brought the chimney up to code for a safe operation. "Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. There was a deadline for installing this part before tenants arrive. They did not care, would not m"

"Terrible company, garden window was never installed properly. I submitted pictures to the manufacturer, and they indicated that the company failed to use the supplied brackets. failed to support the window adequately or accurately, and as a result their manufacturer warranty will not be honored. Contacted the company in May 1st and they agreed to send have their service department contact me. Never heard back so two months later, I emailed them the response from the manufacturer. They finally called today, and said that lead warranty representative was unqualified to evaluate the problem. They only warranty their work for 2 years, and now claimed that I was told it would be $125 for them to come out. They never made that offer. Family members with the same name and similar business have indicated that they are obnoxious to deal with. The give the owner the nickname of Nick the Pr**k. Stay far, far away. Terrible company."
