But they left a gap at the top of the impermeable material that they adhered to the wall. This had to be repaired. Still not entirely convinced that it will adhere due to the rough surface of the stucco. There is only a one year warrantee on an exterior patch like this whereas an internal fix is much longer. Was expensive for the amount of time actually expended."
