"The windows are fine; however, the customer service is terrible! My windows are under a lifetime warranty and Timber Ridge has acknowledged that they are responsible for replacing those that fail. I have been trying to get a window replaced for 9 MONTHS!!! The owner promises return phone calls that never come, has made countless excuses as to why they have not taken care of my problem and my patience is at its end. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced!"
