I just can't say enough about how amazing this company is. I changed my mind several times about what I wanted and they did everything I asked. They matched the paint for the shed to my new house with just a photograph and it is EXACTLY the same color. The work was done on time and in a highly skilled and professional manner. I could not be more pleased. I would highly recommend this company to anyone that needs this service.

Working with Sunset was a pleasure. I had originally planned on getting our shed form one of the big box stores and decided I would stop by Sunset to see what they offered. After looking at their sheds it was clear they had a much better qulaity shed didn't cut corners. Then I spent some time looking at reviews and they had a stellar reputation for handling issues.
I often don't write reviews of companies during the sales phase as this is when people are at their best. It's when things don't go as planned when a company shows their metal. In this case, the Sunset team accidently placed the loft on the wrong side of the barn. When this was pointed out I was told I should call the office to schedule a time for them to come out and swich it. When I called the next day, they sent someone right over and handled it immediately. This type of service gives me confidence in their warranty.

Had a 25 x30 garage built and I couldn't be happier. Could have gone smaller, but the larger size garages were not that much more money... figure out what size you need and go bigger, you won't regret it. I was very new to the whole process, did not know much about construction, permits etc., but they made it very easy for me and did not try to up-sale me on anything I really did not need. Recommend working with Kay, she kept me informed throughout the entire process and answered all my questions. Their paint subcontractor was a little pricey and went with another painter for about 2/3 the cost. Overall it was a great experience and I highly recommend them. Thanks Kay!

This was a semi-custom shed. Everyone at Sunset was extremely helpful and responsive. The shed is very high quality and I am very happy with it. I think the quality is higher and the service is better for a lower cost than others I had looked at.

I was amazed. It was much cheaper than other people I dealt with. It was very fast, done in a couple of days. They educated me and asked me before doing anything. They double checked everything. I would give them an A+.

The concrete work came at the worst possible time, as the Town decided to close my road, for water line replacement. Sunset worked with the town, and got the job done. The Town employee even commented on how good they were to work with. Also, the only rain we got all summer was the days they were working, but they still got it done.
My wife is a Baker, so starting early in the am is very cool, but working late is very bad. The crew with and quot; Rabbitand quot; the lead, took special care to do all the loud stuff while my wife was awake, in the am, and the other suff in the afternoon, when she was sleeping to go to work at 11:00pm.
sunset Had a problem with the special siding I asked for. It was a fir siding that looks like log. As soon as they found the problem they called up and explained what they bid wrong and said they would cover the difference ~ 2k. I offered to split the difference with them as I believed it was an honest mistake. I was making additions and it was overlooked. At the end, their was enough siding left over that the difference was less than 500. and they split it with me. A good compomise that I suggested and agreed to. They could have not told me and charged me more, but they did not. Honesty is part of what they offer.

Planning and install went without a hitch. They're an excellent company. I'd use Sunset Buildings again without a second thought.

The overall experience was excellent. From the estimate to completion they were professional, well organized and thorough. The shed is very sturdy. I am confident it will stand up to to the worst winter snows. The shed is level, well fitted and square.

Perfect. Was a little concerned at first about pulling the county permits, but the staff at Sunset Buildings helped me through that process. They also helped me find a good concrete foundation company. I am very happy with the end result. The price I paid was extremely competitive as I would have paid several thousand more to have anyone else build the garage.
