Description of Work: warranty window installation

Description of Work: Removed install 27 windows and 2 sliding glass doors.

Description of Work: Bought upgraded Atrium windows from Timberidge. Haven't moved in yet, but they look great and the folks at Timberidge have been easy to work with and very responsive.

Description of Work: 40,000 dollars of our insurance money to put on a new commercial roof was paid to Timber Ridge owner Andy Bingham, (for roof labor) |by Jim Campbell, owner of Campbell custom Homes in Pueblo in 2012. | |When we called to confirm this payment, we were told by Timber Ridge, they did not do this type of work. But, they were given |this money by Campbell to help Campbell "hide income". Timber Ridge confirmed Campbell and Bingham were best friends and they had many jobs that resulted in job problems with Campbell. | |Timber Ridge said they returned the money later in 2012, but refused to give our attorney copies of the checks. |Campbell was found guilty of civil theft in 2014 by the Pueblo Court. | |Andy Bingham refused to respond to this issue during the investigation and trail.

Description of Work: Replaced two windows and a patio door.

Description of Work: There were 2 issues that are being reported about this company. First, the company was approached about some leakage issues with the Atrium awning windows that we purchased. The windows were installed in an angled application. The OEM told us that they are not made to be installed in this manner. Timber Ridge came on site before the window order was processed, which is standard procedure for the Atrium windows. The individual who came on site said that the framing and rough openings looked good. When approached later, she told us that, "I didn't notice that the wall was angled". The wall is 80 feet long, and 10 feet high, and is angled at about 60 degrees. Hmmm. Later we needed some extensions to open some other windows that are mounted at height of about 12 feet. Timber Ridge was very slow in their response and delivery. There was also a real lack of communication.

Description of Work: I purchased 19 windows from Timber Ridge LTD. We actually ordered the windows from Atrium Windows. Timber Ridge later called and said they were representing the job. Eighteen of the windows were awning windows, Low E, Argon-filled. They were 41" x 21". The other window was a side-sliding, 47"x36' window. Included in the price, was an extended crank and adaptors, to operate some of the windows that were installed at a higher elevation.
