The windows are fine; however, the customer service is terrible! My windows are under a lifetime warranty and Timber Ridge has acknowledged that they are responsible for replacing those that fail. I have been trying to get a window replaced for 9 MONTHS!!! The owner promises return phone calls that never come, has made countless excuses as to why they have not taken care of my problem and my patience is at its end. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced!

Timber Ridge's 3 man crew arrived promptly and immediately got to work removing the old windows. Installation went smoothly and the team was very respectful of personal items and cleaned up as they went. Installation and clean up completed ahead of schedule. Definitely use this company again.

Great job and a great value. We are very pleased with our new windows. We have had worked performed by this company twice and have been pleased with the results each time. The estimator and installer were professional and helpful. They are always careful and leave the work area cleaner than when they arrived.
