DaBella - Colorado Springs

After negotiations we truly came to an agreement that I could not turn away. I was not going to buy a roof today, and Zay showed up to tell me exactly why I need to get this done today and made it truly affordable for me.

Brianna and Kyle were awesome and our dogs loved them :) They were able to answer all of our questions and really worked with our budget. Cannot wait to see the finished project!

After going over options, Brianna was able to get us to a price-point where we feel comfortable.

Made three appointments. All were no-show and no phone calls with explanation. POOR BUSINESS PRACTICE!

Brandon Grey and Jake Fishlock were very kind and professional. I’ve spent thirty years in a business where customer service was tantamount to great success. They are well trained and know how to treat their clients. We felt well taken care of by people that know their business. Thank You, Brandon and Jake.

High pressure sales tactics, insanely high price, kept "calling the manager" to give us "discounts", demanded we give them a down payment and agree to do business with them, even after we repeated more than 2 dozen times, "we are getting other bids and will not commit to the work without a written line-item estimate and comparing it to those offers". Refused to do so, asking us "what will it take to get you to sign with us right now". Initial price to replace 3 vinyl windows: $8217. Then spoke with "manger" to get "training discount" bringing offer to $6574. Then called "manager" again, to get "marketing dollars discount" to bring price to $6574, but still insisting we give him 25% down right away, because "once I leave, the price goes up". My partner repeatedly told them he thought $2500 was a fair price for the three windows. More bullying tactics used, then in TWO HOURS of "presentation" and car salesman tactics. I told the 2nd guy (whose name I do not have....first guy to arrive was Jake Fishlock) he'd crossed into car salesman territory, and that if he was going to continue to use high pressure sales tactics, we will not do business with him now or ever. We Asked them MULTIPLE times to leave, made it very clear we were now not remotely interested in doing business with them. He Insisted they could not leave our house without a deal or they would be fired, etc. He then called his "manager" again, told him we were throwing him out, got a little pep talk (during which time he kept saying things like "that's an amazing deal, I will be sure to tell them". When he hung up, my husband told him not to bother giving us another offer, and to not say another word, just leave. He started into " wait until you hear the offer". We told them again to get out of our house, and that we were done. After they left, they stayed parked down our street for a lengthy time (husband went out to run and errand and saw them out there talking to each other, and one of them was still there when he returned 40 minutes later). They were in our home for TWO HOURS, much of which was them refusing to leave, and then down the street for quite a while after. Jake did leave the paper with the offers written on it, and his name and number (on DeBella project review sheet).

Dakota came out to do an estimate on my house for siding and did an extremely thorough inspection. I am not quite ready to have the work done and making such a big decision is really very stressful so the time and patience Dakota took in explaining everything was so appreciated. And even though I understand that the pricing quoted today isn't guaranteed tomorrow, I will go with this company if I am not impressed with the other two styles of home exteriors I am considering at this time.
