"The Lady that first answered the phone was not knowledgeable of services offered, then became extremely rude when I asked for pricing on a simple sewer inspection! then put an explanation point on her lack of respect for a customer by hanging up!! When I called back reached another individual, who was better but when asked to be transferred to the managers voice mail... that mail box was "full" and could not take messages!!??!! After the initial contact, we were contacted by Derek and I gave him my realtors number. She had no problems with the conversation and had them come out and do the job. The end result was good but the getting there could have been better. Best part was having a dvd of the sewer scope to personally view as I was not on property when the work was done, it was clear and presented professionally, they arrived on time and were expeditious.
