"He came and assessed the damaged. Then he said he needed parts, it being old it took a little while to find it. Then he put new part in cleaned the tub nicely. Plumber James was super polite and very competent. Would definitely hire again!!"

He came on time, gave a free estimate, started working right away, worked for 5+ hours to fix our problems, cleaned up after himself, called to give me updates and called to let me know the job was finished.
