Art Garza gave a recommendation to get rid of some minor roots in the sewer line, while other estimates ranged from $3,000 to $10,000 to fix. He used Rootx to dissolve the roots, and it comes with a one year guarantee. I will use them for all my plumbing issues in the future.

Great work and value! The only thing I would ask for as an improvement would be communication about appointment times. When they were running late or couldn't make it I didn't know and had to call them. Aside from that it was a perfect 10 experience.

I came home from a trip to find raw sewage in my bathrooms. I contacted some plumbers via Angi at 1am, hoping to hear back by mid morning. Art messaged me at 545 am. He was already heading to his first job of the the day. By 930 he was at my house and by 1030 he was finished. Art is fast, honest and reasonable with his pricing. He will be my first call when I need a plumber.

This job ended up being more than originally planned for, but through it all, Art went the extra mile to make sure everything was done correctly and in code compliance. Because of the additional work needed, the price went from 750.00 to 1100.00.....but that was STILL 400.00 cheaper than the closest other bid! Art spent a couple hours longer than he had originally planned, including having to go out and get additional parts and material, but he still had the job done in a very timely manner and on schedule. Art explained what he was doing at every step of the way and even called in the city to have one of their reps come out and sign off on his work. VERY professional and friendly, fast service and installation, and a price that literally could not be beat, along with all of the little extras is exactly why I would not hesitate to recommend this contractor to anyone who needs a quality job done at a fair price. And my dog liked him too!

Besides the lowest bid, Art was congenial, explained whats why I needed to replace my boiler, explained my options and started the job shortly after I accepted his bid. Great experience all around.

Art, ran into some problems with installing the hot water heater because the original plumber installed some lines wrong to my first hot water heater. He worked later to get the lines corrected and my new hot water heater installed. He was very professional and when he was done everything was completely cleaned up. He answered my questions about the hot water heater. I would recommend him for your plumbing needs.
