They explain all about roofing, product, if there will be any extra cost wood, look in your attic for damages, 3d pictures of your roof how it will look like after it's been done. Added extra ventilation where needed. Clean up was great. I have Dish, they paid the cost to have Dish come back out. There was no surprises! They delivered product one day, next day they removed old wood and replaced with new and extra ventilation. It's just beautiful! They went beyond did extra safety steps for the customer. My roof looks great, beautiful and I can't stop looking at it. We have the roof for Idaho weather not California. The cost is high but you will have a nice product you will not have to worry about for a very very long time. I would recommend this company they are a top quality roofing company."

"We contracted with Patriot in March of 2022, making a down payment of $20,000. House was dried in and ready for roof in July. A lot of work had been done but it was at a standstill since late Fall. The work was finally completed the first week of August 2023. The work is good but the long list of personal problems that caused it to take wayyyy too long need to be over before we can give a firm recommendation."
