Tom advised me to consider the value of repairing, parts costs and time required, vs. a new purchase and the effort to repair was not going to be simple. We chatted about the pros/cons a lot. I had to call to request the refund, and called 2-3 more times and sent an email. I eventually disputed the credit card charge since they kept saying they would issue the refund but it has not happened."
