"I wrote down that the housecleaners were coming on Tuesday between noon and 2 since I had book club the following night. My son had a doctor's appointment, so my daughter agreed to stay home until she had to leave for work at 4:15. She texted me at 2 to tell me they weren't there yet, so I called to see what was going on. Molly Maid said they had me down for a 2 to 4 arrival, which clearly wasn't going to work. The woman I spoke to rescheduled for Wednesday.
,The cleaners showed up within the window agreed upon. I asked them to clean both bathrooms, and vacuum, dust and mop the kitchen, living room, family room and hallway. If they had time, I asked them to clean all of the door jams. I clearly wrote this down, since I work at home and had an afternoon full of conference calls.
The cleaning went fine -- I have no complaints there. The floors were clean, bathrooms looked great, and everything was dusted. But, I would not have these two women back. I'm not sure what their problem was, but all I got from them was a snarky attitude. I don't know why, but it made me uncomfortable.
They said they were done 15 minutes early, no door jams cleaned, and I was fine to have them leave, even though they owed me 15 minutes. 
There was no follow up from Merry Maid.
