Molly Maid was awesome! Happy to have a clean house again!

They did a wonderful job. My house now sparkles. I will definitely use them again for my spring cleaning!

Molly Maid came to my new house and spent a significant amount of time getting into all the nooks and crannies, even the blinds over the tub and areas I hadn't thought of. The cleaners were efficient and the house always smells fresh (not like bleach) when they leave. I now have them on a bi-weekly cleaning schedule so that I only have to do the touch ups. When I have specific items they need to know, I tell them directly or call the office to get the message out (ie. informing them that if I have a dirty copper pot, it doesn't sit in the sink while they clean the counter. All it takes is once and we're good to go thereafter.)

They were on time (2 of them). One of the bathrooms had tough stains. Did a good job of cleaning it.

Staff was excellent, they were always on time and did an amazing job. Will recommend anybody and everybody to hire them. True value for money.

I have a very difficult house to clean. It went well.

Great work. Very through, and cleaned all surfaces inside and out. Very happy with the results.

They were able to fit me in and did a great job. They needed a bit more time than I initially paid for because it was such a big job and the rates for that were very reasonable. The two women who came were both very hard workers.

The worst cleaning service ever. I spent 3 hours cleaning after they left. Did I mention they were supposed to arrive between 10-noon and got there at 2:50?!? Didn't touch the baseboards or the the oven drawer, the drawers in the fridge were not taken out, so the dirt behind them and the shelves was not cleaned. They even missed cleaning the rim of the toilets!! Disgusting.

Great, would definitely use them again.

They were late. They were pretty efficient. They weren't here for three hours. It was rapid. They were here for an hour and a half. They were professional. They're mostly Spanish speaking but they understand English very much.

I wrote down that the housecleaners were coming on Tuesday between noon and 2 since I had book club the following night. My son had a doctor's appointment, so my daughter agreed to stay home until she had to leave for work at 4:15. She texted me at 2 to tell me they weren't there yet, so I called to see what was going on. Molly Maid said they had me down for a 2 to 4 arrival, which clearly wasn't going to work. The woman I spoke to rescheduled for Wednesday.
,The cleaners showed up within the window agreed upon. I asked them to clean both bathrooms, and vacuum, dust and mop the kitchen, living room, family room and hallway. If they had time, I asked them to clean all of the door jams. I clearly wrote this down, since I work at home and had an afternoon full of conference calls.
The cleaning went fine -- I have no complaints there. The floors were clean, bathrooms looked great, and everything was dusted. But, I would not have these two women back. I'm not sure what their problem was, but all I got from them was a snarky attitude. I don't know why, but it made me uncomfortable.
They said they were done 15 minutes early, no door jams cleaned, and I was fine to have them leave, even though they owed me 15 minutes. 
There was no follow up from Merry Maid.

Everything was cleaned very nicely. We had expressed that we wished for them to spend most time in the living & dining areas. They started in a bedroom so we weren't sure that they had understood us.

The two Molly Maids were very pleasant and listened carefully to my primary concerns about where the emphasis should be in the cleaning effort, i.e. the floors and sliding door windows. The carpets were lightly cleaned. The windows were thoroughly cleaned. I noted the bathroom tile floors had a lot of dust that caked on because of moisture in the air, and the kitchen vinyl tile floor had built up dirt. I hoped that a strong cleaning agent was to be used. Unfortunately, the cleaning job did not remove a lot of the surface dirt in any of the floors of the baths and kitchen.

I decided to treat myself to a house cleaned by someone else and purchased one of Angie's List Big Deals. I made the appointment with plenty of notice. I cleared the areas to be cleaned of surface clutter to facilitate the general cleaning of the living areas.
First, the women were 15 minutes late- at 8:30am I suspect I was the first house of the day- so what happened?
The price would have been fair had the job been done right- but as it stands the service  I received was overpriced
On the positive side- they did a nice job cleaning the small shower stall area, especially the shower pan, and they washed the main window on the sliding glass door- but that was not requested or expected.
To make a long story short- I'm glad I was home and checked the bathrooms while they were still there. Neither bathroom floor had been washed - and it was noticeable.  They said the floors had been washed, but I was able to point out hair and film still visible on the floors.  The floors were then washed, and there was a visible difference. I would have thought bathroom floors would be a primary focus area- but not with this team. The rest of the job was minimally done; easily accessible areas were missed in dusting and vacuuming.
I am not a tough customer, and I am usually very generous with my reviews and comments.  This experience was below  Angie's List standards and a disappointment.
