"A troublesome shower drain was resolved quickly by Oak Plumbing. I want to recognize Niles, Harris, Jessy, and Amari for their great work. Niles inspected the crawlspace, measured every line, and gave me a fair quote based on my home’s actual layout. Harris cleared space for the new pipes, sketched the floor plan, and confirmed materials. Jessy and Amari replaced all horizontal drain lines—including the garage sink, washer, kitchen sink, two toilets, shower, and two sinks—in tough conditions under the house. This started after another company gave me a flat-fee quote based on “two bathrooms.” Oak Plumbing’s quote was more detailed and more accurate for my 1950s home with 1.5 baths and mixed old materials. Their bid was over 10% better, and I left a deposit that day. I’m grateful for how quickly they solved the problem, especially days before Thanksgiving. "For starters, most of the people that came out to do the actual work were fine. My issue is that I have been waiting since the beginning of 2024 for a response on being overcharged for a duct run that was never completed as part of a nearly $20,000 project, despite several emails, phone calls, notes left on the account, etc. This is even including talking to someone on the phone who still calls me to set up yearly inspections as part of our Bonney Club membership. Not only that, but we have recently found evidence of mice in the house and in looking around the HVAC closet (which is within the conditioned living area and where mice have been) I was surprised to see that they left the ceiling of that closet wide open to the unconditioned attic space. No wire mesh (as was there before with insulation on top), no sheet metal (which was liberally used everywhere else, even to patch a drywall hole instead of using drywall), and certainly no insulation to replace what was there previously."

Zero communication. Hours of my time wasted. If a customer missed a confirmed appointment, there would be fees ? yet they ghost customers without notice. This shows a serious lack of professionalism and basic respect. I strongly recommend choosing another provider unless you?re prepared to waste full days waiting."
