Within just an hour of Dustin working on the problem, the leak was found and the solution was told to us. Dustin did an excellent job. He was very thorough and professional. "One of the main things I asked them to do was do a camera survey of my sewer line in order to see what and where the problem was. Their camera probe was too big to go through the line from the toilet end and my sewer line does not have an exterior cleanout access as it goes directly into the city system. So while the line is cleaned out for now, I am hoping there won't be a recurrence and a need for redo any time soon. The technician was very nice and totally cleaned up the floor before he left."
