This company denied the responsibility but later reimbursed me for the first leak repair after employee acknowledging doing partial work. This project aims to address and fix the extensive leaks. Must be completely replaced, cause of leaks appears to be from over heating of the copper as locations are at ALL connections and bends in the pipe, too much to patch. "This company is priced higher than others by about $500 but the sales pitch was good and they felt genuine in their goal to make us have an effortless and quick turnaround with impeccable work. The sales person Santana was very nice and accomodating and was able to guarentee it would be done in 1 day 1.5 tops (100 sq ft only tile floor no subfloor- ready to go). Unfortunately, After eight hours of work only padding and a few tiles were placed down and he had to come back. day 2- 8 hours of work.. still not done. Day 3 - now I'm missing work unexpectedly, finished work and our first flush hours later- WATER pours out under toilet. day 4- fix toilet 2 more hours.. -- overpriced, work took 3 x's as long as it should, no compensation for lost time or hassle, looks ok 7.5/10 they used the wrong height baseboard so it doesn't match rest of the room, there are miscut boards and gaps left. "Shawn went over and beyond in diagnosing and correcting my problem. My air conditioner broke down two days previously. An A/C tech from another company told me that I needed to replace a circuit breaker. Shawn tested the breaker and found that it was ok. He then went up on the roof to look at the HVAC unit. After a couple of minutes he was able to get the HVAC Unit working. He could have just said that the circuit breaker was ok and walked away. He knew that being without air conditioning was important so he volunteered to do a little investigating. He successfully got the air conditioner up and running again.
