"Morgan called in advance of appointment to inform us that he was on his way. He removed the sliding glass door and screen and replaced, lubed and adjusted the door hardware for proper closure. "Tom came out and quoted the project, and promptly came back in less than a week to complete the job. His knowledge about construction and standards were just what I needed. My hot water heater door was an exterior door that required venting, and Tom made a return trip to install the grate, and wouldn’t charge me, even though I felt it wasn’t fair to Tom. I will use Tom for any future projects."
