Also, option to cover attic in plastic sheeting since the old wood shingle tear-off was a terrible mess. This was well worth the $350 charge. The tear off was a mess as anticipated, but the sub had a large crew and it was finished in one day. Materials arrived on day two. Two days of rain delayed completion, but once they started laying down the shingles, the job moved well to completion. The only other glitch happened when the wrong roof vents were delivered. The crew leader was easy to work with and communicated well. After the dust settled, I believe that I received a very good job at a competitive price. EZ Builder acted in a very professional manner."
