Carpet,Tile,linolium I charge a flat rate of $33.00 for any size residential room. Add $1.00 per mile for homes located outside the El Centro area. Example: You have 3 rooms and live 10 miles outside town [3rooms x $33.00 = $99.00 + $10.00 = $109.00] Plumbing and any construction is case by case I was born in the Valley.
