It went very well. They showed up when they said they would and had the unit drained of freon and moved out of the way in no time at all. They also came back that day when they said they would and put the unit back in place and connected it back up to the AC system.

As it involved 9 units over a couple of weeks time, it is hard to tell every detail of the story. All I can say is that they came promptly and did the work. We had another company replace a compressor (that we supplied) for us earlier and there bill was $1000 more than Vic's. Needless to say we are glad we found Vic's.
