Unlike most change-outs, my old disposer was bolted in and rusted out - (I should have taken pictures, it was awful) - which required heavy-duty cutting and a lot of extra labor. I've hired them numerous times over the years because I own an apartment building, they've done all kinds of work for me. They've done everything from jackhammering the cement to get out a bad pipe, to climbing on the roof to access the vent pipe, all types of repairs, they have consistently been excellent.
