We have no attic and the only dropped ceiling is down the hallway. They managed to put ducts in the living room and 3 bedrooms and one of the baths. They couldn't reach the other 2...
I had been having really excessive slowdowns, strange indications of things such as Netbot control. Brad got richt on it and deleted some bad programs, added RAM. Made recommendations for further modifications if I so desired. All this within 4 days.Really worth trusting!

"Sales rep, Lukas Wilkinson (young - college age) came to my door offering more coverage at a lower rate than my current pest control service. Advised they would do a complimentary cleaning around the property and begin service in 2 months, since my home had recently been serviced. Rep did not review a contract, just punched in my contact information in his tablet, had me sign and left, the interaction took less than 5 minutes. I called to cancel and was advised I was locked into a 1 year contract and would be billed $230 for early cancelation. I cannot comment on the quality of the service/products because we never even received a treatment. 10/10 would NOT recommend this company due to shady sales rep tactics, I should have researched/read the reviews as others have had similar experiences. I hope the Sales reps commission was worth the $230 and poor review."
