"It went great. This is the third time I have used Mr. Handyman. My personal choice is James, the one who was sent out the first time. I am about to call again. I am a 63-yr-old woman whose husband is about to come home from a nursing facility where he has been for three and a half years. There is lots to do and James has been doing much of it. The first two times he came out I had him assembling all sorts of things I had ordered online, e.g., a table and chair set, a patio canopy. I also had him move things around and other miscellaneous this and that. Those first two times he was excellent. The third time with the showers he was great.
James always had a truck full of tools. He also read the assembly instructions before putting things together and left the instructions on the thing he'd just built for me to do as I saw fit with. (No, he did not spend a great deal of time reading instructions but he did review them regardless of how obvious what to do must have been.)
