He was patient with our questions and concerns, and all of the back and forth that comes with making big decisions involved in a home remodel. It was a long process (15+ months) to add a second story above our garage and completely remodel our living area, garage, and kitchen; this included tearing down walls to increase our square footage, but it was definitely worth the wait. As others have noted, the pace of work hit some snags due to torrential rains and permit issues, but all things that are outside of our control. His team of workers are efficient and do quality work.
