Happy they had the size water heater used (surprisingly bigger as we thought the 40-gallon would not fit in its closet). And happy to have hot water for cleaning, cooking, and most of all, showers.

This is a re-review from my last one. After the original confusion was straightened out, they came to the house very quickly, reinstalled the toilet and wax ring quickly and easily. Very pleased with the entire process.

We initially called PowerPro out to clear out a upstairs shower drain but due to the location of the blockage (~ 40 feet) they recommended an inspection under the house which is where we found a leak in the existing cast iron. One of the nice things, unlike a lot of other plumbers we have used, is that they provided photos of all of the plumbing and went through it in detail to make sure we understood the issues. We hired them to do the replacement work which was completed the next day. The entire team was very polite, professional, kept the workplace clean (booties & drop clothes), and finished the work within the estimated time. I would certainly use them again. The only thing that was hard for me to judge was the cost for the work performed. Their estimate seemed a little high but to be fair I did not get any other estimates to compare as we were anxious to get the work done to avoid additional leaking & damage.

Hydro jet was performed they day prior appx 10am and the next day, afternoon, it was clogged again. And then we were told they would do a courtesy and that they would honor it and come back the next day to fix it again! Courtesy? $800+ For a service that only worked less than 24 hrs, and they would tell you they would do a courtesy service? WTH is that?
