I hired another company to fix it, but after two failed attempts—and a 3-month warranty—they refused to come back, even though the leak was never properly repaired. Frustrated, I turned to Angi and found Top Pros Construction. When I called, I was immediately impressed by their professionalism. They asked detailed questions about our roof—far more than anyone else had—which gave me confidence that they truly understood what they were doing. Unfortunately, we were outside their service area, but they still took the time to look at photos and offer valuable guidance to help me figure out what was going wrong. That kind of care and expertise—without expecting anything in return—really stood out to me. I ended up hiring someone local to do the actual repair, but I felt compelled to leave this review because of the outstanding service I received. The crown moulding was not completely caulked which left gaps. Although we had communicated all the touch ups that needed to be done, we were left to do all the touch-ups. The Pink Guy left us feeling Blue."
