"Michael Seyms has done several projects for us, and we have been very happy with the work each time. These include remodeling a bathroom, installing a sliding glass door in our family room, and re-doing our back deck and installing a stone pathway. He always arrives when he says he will, works a full day, and leaves the job site very clean. He has great ideas and a good eye for design, and this proved invaluable when he helped us plan our projects. His prices were fair and more than competitive. Several of our friends have used him. We have seen two custom homes that he built from scratch, and two of his kitchen remodels. We thought all of them were outstanding. "The young guy who did the work was prompt and professional, but not well trained. He power washed my patio BEFORE blowing the leaves and sticks off my roof, so all the debris landed on my just cleaned patio, and he didn't follow up to clean it off.
He forgot to do the garage door and was all packed up when he asked me to inspect, so I just let it ride.
