Small jobs welcome

"Siskiyou Maintenance/ Vincent Peluso build a custom fence with two gates specifically for my two large dogs. We discussed what would be best for this purpose and Vincent listened to all my needs and wishes. Every Pickett was measured and cut to fit the unique fence style. Mr Peluso and I have the same works ethics and both strive for perfection. I am so happy with this fence that I want everyone to see it and appreciate it as much as I do. I feel lucky to have had Siskiyou Maintenance to construct my dog yard fence. Looking forward to sodding my front lawn in May with Vincent Peluso. Excellent Company."

"It went very well. Everyone was very informative. They kept me up to date with the process and whenever I had a question, they were really prompt with their answers whether by email or phone. They were on time when they say they will begin work and the guys that installed my solar panel and inverters were very clean. I mentioned that I'm very worried about leaks because my son is very sensitive to mold and they made sure to seal everything very well n show us the work they've done and ask if we see anything that needs to be addressed. I was very pleased with the whole process. And it was easy, they took care of everything."

Lawns questions, answered by experts

No, you cannot throw branches from your neighbor’s tree back into their yard, nor can you discard leaves or other plant matter that originated from their yard back over there if it happens to land in your yard. You are responsible for cleaning up plant matter that made its way into your yard.

The growth of tall fescue grass often causes clumps of grass in your lawn. Avoid pulling up the clumps, as it won’t effectively remove them. Instead, dig out clumps and their roots when you notice them early in the growing season. Herbicides can also treat grass clumps, but they can also affect other plants you might not want to kill, so use them sparingly and always follow manufacturer instructions.

Decluttering services aren’t for everyone, but many people find the benefits of hiring a professional organizer worth the cost. A professional decluttering service can save you time and help you make tough decisions about what to keep and get rid of. A pro has experience decluttering many different spaces and can help you organize your home to fit your space and needs.

Yes, but it depends on what you have planted in yours and the extent of the damage. Hardier shrubs and plants with droopy leaves have a better chance of bouncing back, but do go ahead and cut back any broken branches or damaged portions. Fertilizer can help, but wait until you spot new growth before you feed any plants.

In the fall, you should aerate the soil, overseed the bare spots, kill weeds, mow the lawn low, and rake your leaves. By boosting your lawn’s health in the fall, your grass will be stronger throughout the winter and come back healthier in the spring. You should also trim your perennials so that they withstand the winter and are ready for new growth in the spring.
