He came out that day and said he would call back with the estimate. The estimate came and within days the chase was removed and the roof repaired. Patrick has a large job in another city and asked if it was okay to do the drywall repair at a later date. I'm working on restoring a deck so that worked for me. The roof repair was nicely done and you can't even see where the repair is. I will use Patrick in the future when I have repairs around the home that need to be done."
