Brian was on time, personable, and obviously experienced since he installed my Wifi thermostat when three other places I called either blew me off or would not do a wifi installation. Also, a very nice handyman who did other work for me tried to install it but could not make it work. Sok I was worried he would encounter problems, but he did the installation quickly, noting that he did not need the jumper provided by Ecobee since the furnace installer had left a fifth wire he could use. (So, he obviously knew what he was doing). He provided me with the code from the thermostat so I could set it up on my phone app. AND...he did all of this remotely while I was in a another state! Finally, what he wanted to charge was only the standard fee I would expect for an HVAC home visit. I could hardly believe it.
