“Deep cleaning the stove in this vacant home for a move-out! 🧽✨ We scrubbed every surface, removed grease, polished the top, and even cleaned behind and underneath. Now it’s spotless and ready for the next family to enjoy!”

Customers say: True professional

"Leo was very helpful and quick to respond. We’re happy with how our 2 bathrooms turned out. Project was completed within the time promised. Our only complaint is that the workers did not clean up very well. But overall, we’re satisfied and we’ll use them again."

"1. I hired her for $100 for z5 hours worth of work yet when she came she asked me for $150: I told her no she asked for $125. We finally settled for $120. And she was here only 3.5 hours. 2. She broke a large piece of my Dyson vacuum cleaner which could not be repaired as the parts she broke off are no longer available. This was a crucial part of the sucking process. I had to purchase a new vacuum cleaner. I am very disappointed. I will not be using her again. Please send me additional referrals!"

Garage Cleaning Services questions, answered by experts

If you open your garage manually, you don’t need sensors. If you have an automatic garage door opener, sensors are required by law. The federal law UL 325 mandates that all residential garage door openers in the U.S. must include sensors. Designed to prevent accidents and reduce the risk of entrapment, the sensors should be able to reverse the motion of the garage door within two seconds of detecting an obstruction. The sensors are there to keep you, your family, and your belongings safe from a door that might otherwise come down too hard or too fast.

If you plan on heating your garage, you must install a vapor barrier when drywalling the garage. A vapor barrier protects your garage from frost and mold that can occur through condensation. If your garage is unheated, you don't need to install a vapor barrier. The only exception is if you regularly crank the heat in your car before getting in it. In this case, you may still want to install a vapor barrier, as your car can heat your garage.

If push comes to shove, and you need to manually open your garage door, then you should be able to do so. To manually open your garage door, first, make sure that the door is in the down position. You’ll need to unlock your garage door opener’s emergency release mechanism, which is typically a red robe that you can find on the carriage. Once you’ve pulled the cord, you can manually lower the door.

If your garage door is stuck in an open position, consider contacting a professional to safely release the opener.

If you enjoy tinkering with cars, woodworking, or exercising in your garage, then a garage heater may be worth it to you. If your garage is used mainly for storage, you may opt to skip installing a garage heater. If you live somewhere with favorable weather year-round, you can probably go without one as well. But for most homeowners, a garage heater is a good investment and makes the garage a more comfortable place to spend time.

Annually, to check for wear, lubricate parts, and ensure safe operation.
