"I have no complains about this company and the people that worked at my house. At my house, Ezra sent 4 workers that came over and did all the paint work. They covered everything and made sure to move all the bulky items so they won?t get damaged. After they finished the work, they returned and arranged the items and then moved to the next area. Ezra assigned to my house his supervisor Charlie and he visited the house several times during the work time and made sure that we are happy and that there are no problems. Most of the paint work was a sponge paint with 2 colors but the common areas were with a special paint which took longer to do. "The shed was built from ground up. It's 8x10, there's a shelf that's goes from one side to the other side. There is a 36in door with a lock and a dead bolt lock which makes it very secure.
During our first meet he over heard me tell my husband that it would be nice if there was a light in there just in case we have to go into the shed at night. Well to my surprise he installed a light that runs off of solar, the light came with 3 settings. I love it and yes I have been in the shed at night.

"I had a home warranty, an extra policy on my house, so I had to use the people that they provided. Other than their telephone answering, which takes forever, they were really good. I was always glad that I had that coverage. They had a person come out to confirm that my dryer was not broken and that it was the vent, and then I hired a provider to come and clean it. I had to pay the service charge for the technician to come out and check my dryer. When you try to call them you can never get through on the phone; they don't have enough telephone operators. I never like to do it online because I wanted to talk to somebody and find out who they were going to pick as my vendor, because one time in all of the times that I used them, they sent me a really, really novice plumber who messed up my sink. I think I had a broken garbage disposal or something that he didn't have the tools, his truck broke down on the way, he was very young and wet behind the years, and it was a company I never heard of. So whenever I needed plumbing or maintenance on appliances or something, I would just call them and say I wanna use that other named company. But they always do an excellent job. I would say a B overall only because of how hard it is to get in touch with them. For price, I shopped around before I renewed with them and they were very comparable to other companies and they didn't have a lot of exclusions, so I would say A. I'm retired now and I won't be buying another house so I had to cancel my contract with them, but if I was going to, yes I would consider using them in the future. "
