"It was a pleasure doing business with Vince at The Floor Maintenance Co. Not only does he have an admirable business model but he is really a nice guy. My concrete and brick patio floor was a horrendous mess. An inept handyman had smeared concrete over all the bricks. He was the only one who had a solution. His crew came and in one day my patio was restored clean, and looking better than ever. If there were ten stars, he and his company would have them."

"It was a great experience hiring Get It Done Epoxy for my new home out here in South Orange County. Matthew was incredibly professional, timely and knowledgeable about his work. I did some research on polyaspartic / epoxy coatings before reaching out for quotes and I was extremely confident in Matts work just after a few minutes of talking with him. My garage turned out excellent, and I certainly appreciated his attention to detail and craftsmanship. He went above and beyond and even took the extra time to move the little drain spout for my water heater to ensure a complete coverage of the garage coating! Top Notch!!"

Customers say: Quality work

"I wanted to paint the entire interior of our home, as it was all the same color: a dingy yellowish hue that didnt do anything with the beige carpets, white ceiling and dark cabinets. I called 5 different painters and no one would talk to me about picking colors except Mark, which I found rather odd. I was going to have him paint most of the house a light sand color ( like our neighbors house) , but wanted some accent colors in the main rooms and color in the bedrooms. We had previously been experimenting with paint ourselves and used a copper metallic paint over our fireplace and a matching orange/brick color over the sink just to add color. I wanted to keep those 2 areas the same and have the rest of paint go with those hues in the kitchen and family room. Mark was happy to come out and offered some great suggestions on color choices. And hIs estimate was really good compared to others. He recommended I use more color in the house vs the beige tones or it would still be too monotone. His suggestion for a pale green gray shade in the front of our house, up the stairwell and in our lofts was right on! It looks so relaxing walking in our front door now. I ended up with 3 main colors on the first floor ( pale green in the front of the house, and then beige with orange accent walls in the back ), and each bedroom and bath have their own color scheme. The colors all compliment each other on both floors. I had numerous neighbors and friends comment on how much better the house looks and asked what shade I used in a couple rooms so they can use it in their homes. I especially love the color of our bedroom and bath now. My husband even to agree to a light purple bathroom after Mark painted a couple spots on the walls so we could see how the colors looked before finally deciding on a shade . The color looks great against the travertine tiles and dark cabinetry. It looks like a spa now and we both really like it. The crew was polite, easy to get along with, and did a really nice job painting, especially making clean edges along the walls and ceiling/floorboards. And I was pretty picky about how things looked, and what color and sheen we wanted. Mark was patient with me during the whole process and always gave me reasons why he made his suggestions so we could discuss things we didnt initially agree on. He even did some clean up for us and removed paint we had gotten on our cabinets during our "experiments". I am really happy with how the house turned out. Mark kept asking if we were happy with how things were going during the whole process. He even offered to paint a second coat on our metallic wall, since we didn't do that right, It now looks much better than our 1st attempt.. Color does make a difference in how you feel about something, especially your home. Mark definitely has an eye for color and will be happy to assist you with picking paint that highlights your home, and then his crew will do a nice job painting it as well."

Epoxy Flooring questions, answered by experts

Sealing a concrete surface protects it from damage caused by water, chemicals, and general wear and tear, making it last longer. A good sealer acts like a shield to prevent cracks, stains, and deterioration. Plus, it enhances the appearance of the concrete, giving it a fresh, polished look that can boost your property’s curb appeal.

The best time to seal your concrete driveway is sometime in the spring and fall when the temperature is above 55 degrees Fahrenheit. Keep an eye on the weather, and be sure to pick a day without rain on the forecast for at least 24 hours. Lastly, be sure you can leave the space free of foot and car traffic for the full drying time.

To properly maintain an epoxy garage floor, regularly sweep up dirt and debris using a broom and dustpan or a vacuum cleaner. Mop with warm water and scrub away stains using a mild cleaning solution that's safe for the epoxy product you have installed. Don't use any soap-based or chemical cleaners, as these can cause the epoxy surface to deteriorate more rapidly.

Concrete sealers will help your garage floors resist water, but they will not make the floor waterproof. You will need to purchase a specific waterproof floor paint for concrete and apply several coats over several days if you want your garage floor to be truly impermeable. While the process is similar to sealing the floors, the materials are different, and the need for multiple coats will extend the process and drying time.

Yes, you can seal old concrete, but proper preparation is essential. Before sealing, ensure the concrete is clean, dry, and free of any old sealant. To check if resealing is necessary, place a few drops of water on the surface; if they are absorbed in less than five minutes, it's time to reseal. If you are using the same type of sealer that was previously applied, you may not need to remove the old layer. However, if you are applying a different type of sealer, the existing one must be removed. Additionally, repair or fill any cracks to create a smooth base before you begin sealing.
