Teo did a fantastic job repairing and refinishing all the hardwood floors in our 100-year-old Spanish style home in Kensington. He returned our floors to their original glory glory and he did it all with utmost professionalism, at a very reasonable price, and even completed the project in less time than promised. In areas where our floors were badly damaged from age, sunlight and/or water damage, Teo's repair work was meticulous and flawless. And when a threshold Teo replaced became slightly warped (through no fault of his own) due to unexpected heavy rain right after it was installed, he immediately returned and replaced it again at no extra cost. Teo is an incredibly talented and hardworking professional who takes his craft very seriously. I am already recommending him to all my friends and neighbors who have homes with hardwood floors.

Excellent on time work done??

We needed a job done for a house we are trying to sell right away and Teo was quick to give us a competitive estimate and get the job done. The price was great and the quality was amazing. Teo was patient with us as we took longer than expected trying to decide the floor color. We will be using them again in the future!

I contacted Angi's for the first time to request quotes to refinish our living room and stairway hardwood flooring. I received three responses. Two of the contractors seemed to have little to no interest in taking the job. I met with Teo, the owner of Machucho Hardwood Flooring. He was extremely professional and we negotiated to start the job the following day. Teo and his crew took great care to tape off the adjoining rooms, had great filters on the equipment and finished the job with amazing results. I am so very pleased with the finished job and highly recommend them. Our floors look beautiful.

Only a relatively small job but he did it very well, clean, organized and very reasonable price.

Due to the amount of rain we received this past winter, the moisture underneath my house evaporated into the sub flooring, which caused my hardwood floors to buckle. I got several estimates and decided to hire Teo to do the repairs and refinishing. His estimate was 1/3 of the price of the bigger companies. He completed all of the work himself in 3 days. He was on time, very professional, explain the process of wha needed to be done very clearly. I'm soooo happy with my floors. I highly recommend him for any job you might have.
