It was labor intensive getting the pipes exposed out of the concrete. He had to do this by hand then bend them to extend them beyond the wall. He came back at a later date, after our granite was installed in our remodeled kitchen and re-plumbed the sink, dishwasher and garbage disposal.
The cold water valve was leaking. It needed a special tool to remove the valve. The end of the copper pipe was damaged. He had to remove a portion of the wall board to replace the damaged pipe. He replaced the pipe, installed a new valve and replaced the wall plaster board.
