"Paul was proactive in getting us scheduled and setting up with our popcorn ceiling removal. He also recommended someone to do the sample tests required before removal. I felt the cost they gave us was fair. We weren’t on location when the material was being removed but they did a good job of removing the popcorn ceiling and not causing too much damage / scraps to the drywall so the resurfacing afterwards went smoothly. The only thing that could have been better was no one actually came out to inspect the place until the actual start date at which point it was determined an additional area would have to be demoed and the cost would be slightly higher. In the end we were very happy with the result just would have liked to have avoided the last minute price increase as we were just moving into the place and budgets were tight after paying our down payment. Regardless the work was done precisely and cleanly. Had the air quality tested after asbestos removal and it came back clean! Would recommend these guys to anyone looking to remove their popcorn ceilings"

I had water damage and as a result walls, windows and floors needed to be removed, dried out and then put back. Pure Restoration was recommended to me. The owner Tommy came over, assessed everything and explained what I would need to do. Tommy was able to handle all the insurance paperwork/submissions. I would have been utterly LOST without his help with the insurance process and company. Tommy's team (Luis, Roberto, Walter and Kelvin) that worked on my house were GREAT!! Their attention to detail is exceptional!!!!!!!! They are true craftsmen. They were so professional and genuinely nice people it was a pleasure having them in my home. They showed up on time everyday, left my house clean everyday before they left no matter what they were working on and answered any questions/concerns I had. Water damage was a very stressful thing to have happen and Tommy and team were there to help me. Tommy answered all my questions and emails and always got back to me in a timely manner and helped keep me calm under a stressful and long insurance process. "Paul, the owner of the company, was great to work with. He was very flexible and accommodating as far as the schedule for asbestos removal. He finished the job in one day instead of two days. His crew was not very nice but Paul asked that I speak with him and not with them. They seemed to be angry that they only had one day to complete the asbestos removal. However, they did a good job. One caveat regarding all the asbestos removal companies contracts: they all state that whatever damage they do they are not responsible for and anything they take down or take apart during the removal will not be put back or put together."
