As we finished our home renovations, we hired 3-b'z for our post construction maintenance. They removed the windows complete off of the tracks, cleaned all of the window sills, wiped down all of the ceilings and walls to removed the dust, wiped down the kitchen cabinets and cleaned the floors. The crew also cleaned the outside and garage of any cobwebs l. Very meticulous and detail oriented. I felt at ease knowing that theor crew was there. Very friendly and professional. The Owner was extremely accommodating to my schedule. He even scheduled a Saturday post-construction clean up for me since we were having a rental Open House on Sunday, Nice people to work with and very efficient.

The owner is very friendly, service oriented and accommodating. I called on Wednesday morning to have our house be cleaned on Thursday and she was able to organize it. The crew cleaned even inside the fire places (underneath the logs), wiped down all walls, scrubbed the rails of the build-in closets and every corner there was containing dust. I am very impressed with their service and I would always hire them again.

They were great!, a bit pricey, but we were happy with their cleaning our new home.

They arrived on time, they worked very hard - the place looks great!

I called at the last minute (the day before) and they were able to accommodate me. We are a carpet mill and we entertain a lot of clients. We needed things done like cleaning the kitchen thoroughly- inside and out of appliances, fridge, microwave, cabinets etc. Scrubbing walls scrubbing the bathrooms cleaning chrome poles cleaning glass in our partitions... lots of detail work. This crew of four did the job in 5 hours and everything that I asked them to do, they did- exceedingly well. We are considering putting them on on a monthly basis to keep up what they did today. Excellent work.- very curteous people.

I had no idea where to look or what to expect. Found 3 B'z Cleaning through Service Magic on the Internet. We had just completed a remodel & I desperately needed someone to do a deep cleaning from top to bottom; dust, cobwebs, windows, furniture, etc. 3 B'z did the job and they were incredible. My home looks like new again. They're a bit pricey but well worth it and the crew was courteous and friendly, a real pleasure to deal with. Would definitely use them again!

I had no clue where to start to find a post-construction clean up crew...I figured our contractor would have someone he liked, but that didn't happen! So, I went on a search via the internet and found your site. Debra and the 3Bz were great. Debra was very flexible and accomodating to our needs and preferences. The did a deep cleaning. The house looks great and I plan to have them come back every other week to help me keep it looking this good.

These people are great. The house was absolutely spotless when they finished. I could not find a speck of dirt anywhere and I looked at everything. Even the window tracks were clean. The house (buildt in the 1930's) looked brand new.The crew were very polite and pleasant. Expensive but worth it. They are the best.
