From the initial contact with Gal, where we put our dreams on paper, to the contract signing with Gal and Ron, where we were assisted with securing financing, everything went smoothly. The craftsmen were careful of the property and kept in constant contact to insure that we were consulted whenever decisions had to be made. They each cleaned up their work site at the close of every day.The tile work in the bathroom and on the kitchen backsplash is a real showpiece, and the tiler even showed me how to grout an extra piece of backsplash to make my own custom trivet. The plumbers relocated the tankless water heater to a much more desirable location, installed new sinks, faucets, shower heads, vanity, medicine cabinet, toilets, garbage disposal and a hood for the range. The painters were very patient with my slow decision-making and painted samples onto the wall to help me choose. The walls and ceilings throughout the house now look pristine. The cabinet craftsman built an incredible, new 8’ cabinet and refaced the existing cabinets/drawers in a satin-looking finish, with all self-closing hardware. It gives the kitchen a dramatic look and compliments the floor, counter, walls and backsplash. The quartz countertops have a beautiful pattern and were measured and fit perfectly. The composite flooring was laid professionally and I was given expert advice on how best to care for it. The carpeting and new baseboards in three bedrooms and the living room were completed in one day and beautifully match the walls. The electricians added and rewired outlets, ran a dedicated line for the tankless water heater, installed a ceiling fan in the kitchen and bathroom, provided new sockets and dimmer switches, and put in multiple recessed lights. The roofers did a thorough job with both the repair of the wood slats and replacement of the old roof, and added an overlay on the patio cover which solved our leak problem. This was tested by torrential rains less than a week after installation! Gal, Ron and Victor, (the man with the eye for details,) alternated supervising the crew and were always available in person or by phone.The house looks beautifully updated and all of our home improvement dreams have been realized. I highly recommend doing business with this company. Their motto seems to be “Whatever you want!” as I heard this repeatedly whenever I asked “Do you think I could have.....?” Gal, Ron and aVictor provided a very personal touch, making sure our every wish was granted. "Early in 2023, my wife and I decided to pull the trigger on a master bathroom remodel. We figured that finding a quality contractor would be easy, and we'd get started quickly. And by going to a couple of home/remodeling shows in Del Mar and San Diego, this would all just come together easily. WRONG. Time and time again, even at the shows, we were told that unless we were doing a major remodel of $300k or more, we simply weren't worth the time. We actually got to the starting line with a smaller company specializing in kitchen/bath, until they told us their price (3x higher than the original estimate). FINALLY, we stumbled across USA Home Remodeling on Nextdoor. We met with Isaac, he walked us through his company and how the project would work, and broke down the costs - making it VERY easy to make decisions on what we wanted vs what we paid. We decided to go with him and his team, including a few hours with a designer. A week later, we got started, made selections on tile, mirrors, countertop, sinks, tub, and faucets, and then met with his cabinet guy to discuss what we're looking for in design. Separately, we also worked with a couple of other companies for "post" remodel for a new barn door for our closet as well as glass for the shower. Once all the tile/countertop/plumbing "stuff"/cabinetry showed up (and took over the garage), Isaac's team took about a day to demo the existing bathroom. Electricians and the plumbing team showed up right after that to start roughing in where lines need to run, as well as moving existing plumbing to support the new shower/tub/sink locations. We had a couple of design mods along the way, these were handled professionally and quickly - one was a necessity, one was simply updating the look of the tile with a new design "topper" to make the backsplash. Bottom line - once the demo was complete, the bathroom came back together VERY quickly, and the end result is simply stunning. The entire time, Isaac provided excellent communication, and the teams he used were not only incredibly talented, but easy to work with. The price was exactly what we were told it would be (no surprises, in other words). We have several other remodeling efforts coming up, there is NO doubt that we'll be utilizing USA Home Remodeling for them."

"Aaron was honest in evaluating the project and offered numerous ways to repair the cracked tile, including doing nothing. The possibility of cracking the entire installation because of some underlying issue was unknown.
