"Jose was prompt for the initial quote. He was the most competitive and seemed to be very eager to take on the job. He and his crew showed up on time on the date specified and worked without taking any breaks. Very efficient as they worked together on the project. They did such a great job on the initial area to be stuccoed that I had them return and do another area. They even volunteered to paint the trim around the stucco to make the entire job look outstanding. Highly recommend you give him a opportunity to quote on your job."

"Excellent. Very nice man to work with. Came out, looked at the stucco repair, told me he could do it today, quoted me a fair price and about 2 1/2 hours later: the job was done. Looks great. Left the area clean. Did I mention he was a very pleasant chap? Highly reccomend. Note: there wasn't any "stucco repair" listed above - I figured Brick and Stone was close enough."

"They came out to give an estimate, responded in a timely manner. Gave us a reasonable estimate, showed up when they said they would completed the job on time. Cleanup was superb. The stucco job was of excellent quality and they matched the existing stucco perfectly. We are very pleased and would highly recommend them."

"Edgar offers his service at a fair / reasonable cost. Very timely and professional, as the work accomplished exceeded my expectations. Previous contractors did a poor job of matching original stucco while patching and replacing cracked stucco. Edgar's work matched perfectly and looks great. Attention to detail and cleanliness are strong points."

Stucco questions, answered by experts

Solid, unpainted stucco shouldn’t suffer damage from dots of glue used for this task. If the stucco is dirty, you may notice slight marks when you heat and peel the glue away, but these aren’t permanent.

However, not all stucco walls are solid stucco. Some are “faux” stucco with a foam backing. This kind of stucco veneer is more susceptible to damage, including damage from hot glue. We don’t suggest attaching anything to these kinds of stucco walls, so make sure you check the stucco type before starting this project.

The curing time for stucco typically takes several weeks to fully complete. During the curing process, the stucco undergoes a chemical reaction and gradually hardens. It's important to note that curing is different from drying. While the surface of the stucco may dry relatively quickly within a few hours or days, the curing process continues beneath the surface, strengthening and solidifying the stucco.

It's best to avoid excessive moisture exposure during the curing period, as it can impede the curing process. The exact curing time can vary based on factors such as temperature, humidity, and the specific stucco mixture used.

Quikrete will set without mixing. The process of pouring dry concrete into your concrete form and then adding water is called dry pouring. While this method makes pouring concrete simpler and easier, it reduces its strength and durability. It can be a viable option for small, decorative concrete pavers for walkways or for setting fence posts, but it’s not ideal for pouring slabs that will bear any significant amount of weight.

Costs range from $500 to $2,000, depending on the damage size and texture matching.

Depending on the amount of damage, a stucco repair professional can repair your stucco siding in four to 12 hours. If you only have a few small cracks, that repair could take as little as one to two hours to repair. In contrast, if you have an extensive fix, like foundation or chimney repair, you can expect the process to take a bit longer. Always discuss your project expectations with your stucco repair expert.
