Alpine Carpet One Floor & Home

We had a wonderful experience from start to finish with this company. The salesperson, Jani, was attentive and helpful. He came to measure our home the same day we visited the store, and within 10 days we had beautiful carpets in 3 rooms. They cleaned up after themselves and were very careful with our newly painted walls. I would use them again any time.

I was treated wonderful at Alpine Carpet One although it was not a huge purchase. They were wonderful, they were great. I had used them many years ago to do hard wood floors. Two of the nicest people came to install it because they have very good people. They are a very large company so if somebody wants to see a large selection, as opposed to going to a very small  store, you would really see a large variety here. They have since gotten together with another company which is a decorating company and it has a very fine reputation in the city too. They merged with a company which does upholstery and furniture and windows and things like those. Their customer service is very good. The prices depend on what you buy.

There have been too many incidents to mention but one stands out. 
When I was re-covering a bathroom floor with linoleum, the installer discovered that I had a leak that had rotted away the sub floor.  It required a plumber's immediate attention.  The installer took his lunch break early and when he returned the plumber was almost done so the flooring could be completely laid in the room during the promised time-frame.

The service was great. They really worked to satisfy my needs.

The manager is very responsive and easy to contact. works within your budget and uses remnants as needed. my only regret is not getting a more durable carpet for the stairs!

I had used Alpine Carpet One when we first had the rental unit carpeted in 2004 as well as a rental property in Agoura. I am a repeat customer. In my experience, the sales people have always been polite, responsive and generated a competitive price for what I wanted. It was not the cheapest price I could find, but they were always very helpful and attentive without being pushy, something I greatly appreciated. When it was time for installation, they were able to get their crews for both the floorings (2 different installations) in and out quickly and nearly 2 years later, the floors look pretty good still, aside from the normal wear and tear that a floor takes.

The sales person who came out was very good. The 2 installers who did the work also did a good job and I was satisfied with their service.

Two installers came. I had been told by the woman in the showroom that they had many years of experience with this company. They moved the appliances (refrigerator, stove, washer, dryer) and pulled up the old vinyl. They put the vinyl down in two pieces and the seam is invisible. They moved all the appliances back in and made sure they were in working order. We asked them to level the washer and they did that. They replaced the baseboards. They left everything clean -- even cleaner than when they came.

It was a flawless experience. I had used Alpine Carpet One four years ago for apartment carpet in a rental unit I own. I was impressed at that time with the reasonable price and the skill of the installation crew. That was why I used them again. I like the fact that their square-foot pricing includes pad and installation.

Good job overall. The original carpet I picked out turned out to be out of stock, so the manager, Mufid, went to his supplier and picked out another that would work with my situation and I liked it and chose that. The installers were OK, although they cracked one of my base moldings with the force they used to jam the carpet underneath.

The job only involved removing the toilet, laying the floor and then re-seating the toilet. Everything was done on time and finished and cleaned up in a neat manner. I will definitely use them again for any flooring needs.

The installers showed up on time and did a beautiful job, including the step. They are very professional. They came on time, and did quality work.

Carrie worked with us trying to meet our needs and price range. The work was done well. A bit expensive, but had no problems.
