This was not an easy job for them but the result of pruning my three large trees, trimming bushes along the house, removing weeds, as well as adding rock to the landscape in a timely and sufficient manner was impressive. I was provided a quote and they were able to fit me in their schedule within two days of my request. It took me some time to find somebody I could trust and when I found Stay True Lawn I knew trust wasn't an issue. I was completely satisfied and would highly recommend them! You can back them out just enough to pop off the snap ring, which prevents the bottom portion of the bracket from disconnecting from the top when you unscrew the bolts. Use a regular screwdriver to pop off the snap ring, and the rest of the components should fall off by themselves.
